DataNumen, Inc. Would not refund within first 30 days. Central Hong Kong
I purchased this product and it did not work to my satisfaction. The demo file only says 'This will repair your file!' without actually demonstrating any of the results. I paid for this program with the gaurantee that if I wasn't satisfied I could get a full refund. It is impossible to know if the program will work to your satisfaction if you don't get to try it first! I tried the program and was not satisfied with the results.
I requested a refund and emailed Chen Chongwei and he said since the program was working as intended I could not get a refund!
I am going to most likely charge this back with my credit card.
Avoid Datanumen as they are scam artists.
