DAV Beauty DAVE Beauty Care Sugar and Cotton Charged my card for products and services not received.
Months ago I bought some waxing products from DAV Beauty. Received the products, and everything seemed fine. Today, I have two “recurring” charges on my bank account for $59.99 from “HTTPSDAVBEAUTY”. I authorized no recurring charges, signed up for no subscriptions. In fact, you can’t even create or log into and account on their site. It’s all done per order.
Further sketchiness includes:
1. When you use their email address, it doesn’t actually use the email address it shows. It goes to another one at “sugarandcotton.com”.
2. If you look up their address it says California, but the charges said they were in Dorchester, MA. When I did a WHOIS search on the domain, the website is registered to a company in Tokyo, and hosted in India. The fact that the charges seem to come out of Dorchester is a red flag, because the only thing called DAV located in Dorchester is the Disabled American Veterans charity, and I’m pretty sure that’s not who charged me.
3. When I contacted them via the email on their website, I repeatedly get asked for an order number, and most recently I was told to “contact the vendor.” So, either this is the run around, or they’re using someone else’s email for customer service inquiries.

I did buy a item fir $29.99 the first of Nov. This company has taken $59.99 out of my account 4 times in 3 days. Had to cancel my card. i never signed up for anything. I have tried everything possible to contact this company but have gotten no where. Please do not buy from them.

DAVbeautycare.com no longer works, but the website that domain originally redirected to (https://saiyostore.com) is still up, and is now rebranded as SAIYO, instead of DAV. Be aware. It's the same folks. At least now they're not tricking you into emailing [email protected] for customer service.

Please keep me updated on how it goes down, i was ripped off 119.98$ same exact deal. I will get my money back im pissed and determined. Im about to shut my card down now.
