I was assured by David Burke that you can get a refund during the 30 days trial period and that my card will not be charged until the end of the trial period. I requested a refund when I found out my card has been charged two days later. I have submitted the form emailed to me by Felecia Robinson from RTN ([email protected]) for refund. I have also made lots of calls but no one called back or emailed.. I am still trying to contact RTN to no avail. RTN has never performed any services for me.
