I subscribed up for a Contact Management services with "InSigtly". I was required to pay a year inadvance. ($144.00)
After two weeks of using the program I found it not to be what I wanted. The templates were not what they promoted. I canceled and asked for a refund.
I was told no refunds. Seems unfair to ask for a year in advance then refuse to refund the unused balance. They spend a fortune advertising to entice you to subscribe new customers only to keep unused funds. Especially within two weeks.
