Dealers Warranty, LLC DEALERS WARRANTY, LLC IS A SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!!! St. Charles Missouri
This company telephoned us and offered an extended warranty. After paying $3500.00 (which was hard for us) we tried to use the warranty. We were denied on a claim and when we tried to cancel, we got the run around. We followed the instructions on how to cancel, per their contract, and that was in September. Every time we call, it's another excuse. They even try to tell me that it has not been cancelled. When I call them out on their lies, all you get is let me talk to my supervisor. I have spoken to this supervisor, named Jackie and she's only interested in telling you she's a supervisor. She has also told me her name is Becky and Katie, and come right back on the telephone as Jackie. The least she could do is TRY to disguise her voice. Either these people are the dumber than rocks or its a scam! More likely both. I feel sorry for these people, that they have no more morals than to take from people in this manner. I have read that former employees that have quit when they found out what this company does.
I have filed a suit with the Missouri State Attorney's office and they wrote a letter saying that they will investigate this company. I encourage everyone that has been scammed by this company to complain, and LOUDLY.
My husband and I want to see to it that this doesn't happen to anyone else. We may never see the money refunded, but I believe that bad karma will come back to bite you in the behind, so look out Dealer's Warranty.

I have filed a suit with the Missouri State Attorney's office and they wrote a letter saying that they will investigate this company. I encourage everyone that has been scammed by this company to complain, and LOUDLY.
My husband and I want to see to it that this doesn't happen to anyone else. We may never see the money refunded, but I believe that bad karma will come back to bite you in the behind, so look out Dealer's Warranty.

I happened to see a commercial on TV and before I called i decided to do some checking and came across this post. The company on TV was MOGI or GetMogi.com and the fax and phone numbers they have on their website are the same numbers you posted for Dealers Warranty.
