I initially had good luck with my first couple of orders but then the whole charade fell apart.
I ordered product that never got delivered. For more than 2 months, I had exchanged emails with customer service and was essentially given the runaround the entire time.
The agent stalled and repeated nonsense, ultimately calling me a liar!
They tried to settle by offering to refund 80% of my purchase price. Ultimately they agreed to refund my full amount but it appears that it will be a "store credit".
So I guess the adventure continues but after this,I am definitely taking my business to Gearbest from now on.
