Recently my mother and myself purchased a vehicle from Dean McCrary.   From the time we drove on the lot till now we have been pushed around and lied to.  She is 73 and she and I live together. We desperately needed another vehicle.   We found a Mazda 5 and test drove it a little ways down the rode.   Trusting that they would sell us a good vehicle we bought it.  Mother and I was a little apprehensive at first and wasn't sure but they just kept pushing until we finally said yes.  3 days later turning into my daughters house at night she ask me if I knew the light was out, i told ner no.

That was the first thing I found out that was not fixed.  Also,  when we went back to pick up our other vehicle we had the man to drive it and he said the bushings needed to be replaced.   This was after they said everything had been checked out thorughly on the car.  They said they would call me when the parts came in to fix it.  It was then I told them about the light.

They did not call before I had to go to work and so I took the car, which I work offshore and the vehicle was parked for 14 days locked.    It was then that I found out the cd player did not work.

When I got home I called them to make arrangements to bring the vehicle in.  When I got there I gave them the list.  When she said they would not fix the cd player I ask for the manager who was not there at the time to call me.  Did not hear a word.   After a day and a half they called me back and said it was fixed and I could pick the vehicle up ,  and that the cd player would not be fixed.

That, the manager said he would not fix it.   I went and picked up the vehicle but refused to sign their papers stating the work had been done.  I have no guarantee the work has been done and since picking up the vehicle I have noticed that the low beam light is not fixed.

This is my complaint.   I am expected to pay $431.00 A month for 5 years for a vehicle that the cd player does not work in and there is something loose in the back end,  one of the windows will hardly go up and I still have not been given a book on how anything is suppose to work on the vehicle.

This vehicle according to them has been checked completely.   I think that is a laugh.   So, if you go to buy a vehicle from there contact me first.  I can fill you in on some of their enlighting conversations
