The Vizio tv by Dell for Black Friday was a total rip off and impossible to buy. Got online and click as soon as thr button was available in less than a second. Then it popped up it was limited quantites and sold out. Impossible! Then they tried to sell me something else. Bait and switch. I will NEVER use Dell or buy any of thier porducts again. Too bad I did not see the other problems people had with the same scam before it wasted my time.

Thankfully your lack of understanding about HOW the web works and HOW information is handed off is the ONLY real issue. If they have 500 items and 10,000 ppl trying to get those 500 items, then the FIRST 500 orders submitted are going to get it all. YOU think that YOUR web access is BETTER then those consumers with high speed T1 lines? If you cant answer that question then understand that there are THOUSANDS of ppl hitting that button at the same time YOU are. The ones that get the item are the ones that have the better connection speed and with LESS of the data package hand off latency then YOU have. Also, you could have been excluded due to an over abundance of refreshes. Normally you see a lot of refreshes coming from those consumers who like to "cheat" by using third party programs that submit a LOT of bids or clicks. If that is the case then you only have YOUR behavior to blame. Companies want REAL customers and NOT ppl using programs to take the wins. So sometimes you get excluded due solely to the actions YOU have commited to try and get that good price. NOT their fault because a computer considered YOU to be someone looking to cheat EVERYONE ELSE by using third party software. Not saying that's what happened but YOU have to stop trying to play the victim because YOU didn't get one of those limited items. That's just sour grapes on YOUR part and ONLY shows YOUR lack of maturity and NOT a failing on Dell. Its shows YOU to be a selfish immature individual because YOU cant think outside of your GREED!!! Did you perhaps THINK that there is only 501 ppl shopping on THAT website at THAT moment?? Did you perhaps FORGET that there are literally MILLIONS of ppl shopping online. that YOU are NOT the only person trying to get it?? You DO realize that there are whole teams of ppl out there using the top of the line internet connection and the fastest computers possible to get those deals first?? So HOW is it Dells fault that YOU don't have the setup that would allow YOU to do that?
