Demcomputersonline/greg DeMilio brought items thru ebay sent money no product sent total ripoff Frankfort Illinois
I purchased a computer system and software online thru ebay the seller was demcomputersonline / Greg DeMilio according to ebay report was an excellant seller only had a couple bad customers listed.
I sent a money order for products $405.00 plus $69.00 shippping that day. I emailed him thru ebay asking if he recieved the money. He responded thru his website. that he had and will ship products in 5-7 days.
It has now been over one month I have tried to respond to him thru his website and thru ebay with no response. he now is nolonger a ebay member and will not respond to my emails.
What can I do now? I filled reports with Ebay for additional charges. But, they haven't been able to help at all!!!!!!

I was finally contacted and recieved equipment I had purchased from greg demilio. It only took 2 months. I thank your services for bringing him to light! Your site provoked him to responding and send of equipment. THANKS RIPPOFFREPORT.COM YOU HELPED SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. If you need any further testimony I would be happy to!!!! I told greg demilio I would retract my report, please retact but,as he did-please take your time!

While it is true the customer did win a bid on a computer system from us, the time line is somewhat off, it has not been a month and we have emailed customer with no response back, also we have answered his complaint with Square Trade and have not heard back, neither has Square Trade. Our Ebay account was suspended because it was linked to a suspended user which was not us, there is no crime is having your Ebay account closed, I have emailed this customer and have asked if they can give a little time to complete all outstanding orders that we have, I don't know why they refuse to answer us, I guess they find it easier to go from one place to place and complain rather then helping us complete our order. In the end if we hear back or not this order will be completed within the next seven days.

Call his local police department and have a fraud charge placed on him. DO not expect EBay to do a thing, this is a common problem. Just make sure you do file charges, he may have been reported by others, and your complaint will make the problem more serious.
