Henry Schein Dental and Dentrix, their dental office management software, knowingly has permitted flaws in the program allowing a covert backdoor access to breach security and manipulated financial accounts after a month is supposedly permanently "Closed."
Further they ignore client dentists' complaints of their employed "Certified Software Trainers" felonious activities by financially "casing" practices during software "Demos" during which they access practice finances and then persuasively CON the practice into hiring one of their fellow "trainers" who immediately rearranges the network with the help of a Schein Sales Rep recommended Computer vender (Lisa Bouchez and Rich Bevis- Benco Computer solutions, N. KY (formerly B&B Computer, OH), and Pensara computer Technologies LLC, Doug Ambach, Springboro,OH.
They reconfigure the network, re-rout insurance payments into accounts of others, fraudulently rout credit card terminal payments, Medicaid payments, forgery of checks, and bank fraud.
They run off honest staff and cause havoc as a distraction to their crimes. They have a dishonest Hamilton County Sheriff (Timothy McCarthy) cancel alarms they trip in early morning hours,3-4am, and assist them as a look-out during their burglary.
They shrewdly maintain a gatekeeper position at a local news station to assist the dishonest sheriff in defaming (arresting on camera) any dentist that gets wise and tries to report to law enforcement despite their threats not to try.
They committed electronic theft, e-theft, larceny,burglary,identity theft,forgery and bank fraud in excess of $ 500,000.00 and damages to practice and reputation and licensure, by slander to the state dental board, in the $ Millions.
I have found out about many dentists they have victimized since destroying their practices,careers,lives,marriages,reputations and families.
Due to involvement of police, NO Charges have been filed.
Hamilton County,OH Sheriff and Green Township and Cincinnati Police DENY any crimes have taken place and have threatened and attacked the victim dentists.
