Derma Genetix lied about everything I had to click on agree and there was nothing to read to let me know their agreement they did not give a return address with the packin Nationwide
Derma Genetix is a big rip off. They ship the product and want you to ship it back to them or pay for what was sent. The consumer pays for return of product. I watched their video ( which shows up on several skin care / wrinkle creams ) They are all using the Shark Tank commerical to promote their product . I told them the product didn't work as their commercial said it would. I told her I clicked on an ad on facebook she said they don't use face book and they don't use the Shark Tank commercial. I know that is where I came across their product. She also said I agreed to the terms and conditions however I never saw the terms and conditions page to read just the I agree to. If I would have saw terms terms and conditions I would have read them before I agreed. There was none to read.I was also charged 2.99 for some other reason. I canceled and paid for the product that was sent. I would not trust this company . I know I don't. My question is why are there so many different company's using Shark Tank's Commercial ? Derma Genetix is a rip off.
