Like everyone else here, I was dumb enough to provide a credit card number for a sample of skin cream. Although I sent each subsequent package back unopened with a request to cancel the membership, here I am several months and hundreds of dollars later. My conversation with the customer service representative could not have been worse. Regardless of the fact that the merchandise was returned, the company does not refund for returns. The rep told me they were able to refund 15% of the constantly increasing product price.
