I ordered the FREE trial as advertised on nthe Hotmail.com site by clicking on the advertisement which in no way said anything except Free. The link took my to the homepage for Dermitage, which had a llink onn the right-hand portion of the page which also indicated Free Trial (no asterisks). the text of the ad llink on their own homepage reads as follows:

Try It

Were so confident youll love how well Dermitge works, you can even try it FREE!

You click on the Learn More link that appears near the bottom of the ad and you are taken to a page that describes their three packages, each of which blatantly states FREE Trial and then, not once, but THREE MORE times Free is reiterated in each of the three package descriptions. In light gray letters on the bottom left of the mini-window page that pops up when you click on the package you'd like to try, you will see the words "Terms and Conditions".

The page is designed deliberately so that you are not going to notice this link. If you do not read it, you are going to find out that the package which you were sent is going to cost you $89.95 for the Eye Renewal kit. $69.95 for the Anti-Aging System, and $99.95 for the Cellulite kit. You already pay the shipping and handling fee, so add another $5.95 for that. To cancel and avoid these charges, you MUST call them within 30 days during THEIR business hours, which is not convenient for someone who works night shift in the Eastern Time zone. They state that they cannot accept cancellation orders over the internet. Pretty odd for a company that collects all its orders online, wouldn't you say??

Your FREE package just cost you between $76 and $106 dollars!!

If you choose to cancel your order within the 30 days trial, you will be given an RMA number and sent an address in your email (there goes that internet thing again) as to the physical location where to return their merchandise. When you rturn it, you will be charged a RESTOCKING FEE, even for empty containers you're sending back. Restocking fee? $9.95!! Again, NOT FREE!!
