Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I came across this company via an internet site comparing skin care products and singing the praises of Dermitage. I consider myself a pretty savvy shopper and have never fallen for a scam before but these guys are good. I read all the fine print and decided a 14 day trial was worth the effort and they even contribute $1 of your money to breast cancer research. I signed up for both the Dermitage Kit1 and the Eye Renewal Collection by filling out their form (still reading the fine print) and completing the order. My account was charged as they stated it would be, $1.00 for processing and cost for the 'free' trial.

I received the products 10 days later and promptly starting using them. However, after 1 (one) week of use my credit card was charged the full amount for the Dermitage Kit1. I immediately called the number included in my confirmation email to find out the problem. I spoke with a 'supervisor' who gave me the company line and informed me there was a small pop-up box at the end of the ordering process that instructed me to call them if I had not received the products within 5 days. I do not remember the box but that is immaterial. Their website promised a 14 day free trial; the email confirmation I received stated a 20 day free trial. How do they expect you to try something for any amount of time without actually having the products in your home to use?

The 'supervisor' I spoke with (Linda) apparently liked the sound of her own voice and repeated the same thing over and over basically trying (very unsuccessfully) to make me think it was all my fault by not calling when I didn't receive their products promptly. She repeatedly interrupted me and threatened to hang up on me if I raised my voice in order to try to get a word in edge wise or finish a sentence.

My advice: avoid this company like the plague! I don't know if their products work or not and was unable to find out due to their false promises of 20 - 30 days free trial but charging customers the full purchase amount before the trial period ended. If a company lies about a free trial period, how and why would anyone believe them about expected results of their products?
