loan application- changed my income to $3500.00 from $900.00 bring home pay. put me as selfemployed Instead of mobile home park employee. put my wife as selfemployed, she has no income and has terminal disease (copd) emphysema, chronic bronchitis.house was appraised at $40,000.00 ,they put $80,000.00, yet the appraisal was taken over 3 months later. the house is really appraised at $30,000.00 yet they never stopped to look at the house. they drove by instead to make there assumtion.

Over paid the old landlord by $3400.00 and refused to get it back. Refused to take the loan back 3 days later after paperwork was done. Went into my bank account without my permission and tried to drain it. They refuse to tell me anything about the loan, who did the paperwork or the bank that the money came from and who appraised the house,(I had to threaten them with the attorneys office to get the appraisal from them)3 of there finance people lied to me and the forth finance person told me they lied (which I have on recorder)charged me $6000.00 for the paperwork which they told me $3000.00. thats not counting the guy from ameriquest morgage company coming to my house after 11 pm and woke us up to hurry and do the paperwork. missing paperwork in loan papers.

The problem with all this is we cant refinance with anyone or even ameriquest themselves, the say we dont qualify but they wont tell us why. now they wont talk to us at all and there forclosing on us and it seems we cant do anything about it. there is so much more it makes your head spin. if the mortgage company and this deutsche bank is allowed to do this to people and get away with it, you can see just how corrupt our legal system really is.

GET A LAWYER Your story sounds like a lot of others on here including mine. If they have all ready mentioned foreclosure act fast. Make copies of all paper work you have dealing with them and check out your state foreclosure laws keep notes on every phone call and get names first and last if they are willing to give that info and if not note time and date and what ever info they gave you.
