Diamondback Drugs, Michael Blaire & Rory Albert Greed drives landlord & attorneys to destroy Doggie Daycare thru lies, fraud & forgery Scottsdale Arizona
Due to a fraudulent petition with forged signatures and fictitious complaints claiming we are a nuisance to the neighborhood made by my landlords Mike Blaire and Rory Albert, Pharmacists & owners of the property at 7312 &7316 E. Thomas Rd., their attorney, Joel Gildar, 7322 E Thomas Rd. and his office-mate, Michelle Perkins, attorney and owner of the Law Office building also at 7322 E Thomas Rd., on the other side of Diamondback Drugs, together with those working on their behalf in an unethical and self-serving manner to the City has caused the City to force PAWS to PLAY! Doggie Daycare to close its doors on February 28, 2009.
Not only do the families of the dogs that come for daycare or boarding lose a wonderful, social, and healthy outdoor environment in which they can play and just be "dogs," but what about the four people that will now be out of work in two weeks? With the country's worst recession, millions of people out of work, and no benefits available to help them, was the actions by the City to put us out of work really necessary for the well being of Scottsdale? (By the way, are you hiring, or do you know of anyone that is?)
The landlords said they want to build a 9000 sq ft building here, but had no legal argument not to honor the lease renewal options they had agreed to in writing. South Scottsdale doesn't need another office building, and if they dont build, there will be five vacant buildings sitting here inviting problems as Diamondback Drugs is moving out in the next few months. I fought with them for three years to clean up and maintain the property. What will this property look like in two months? What are the chances these buildings will be rented out in this economy?
Ms Perkins explained she circulated the petition because she wants to sell buildings for "top dollar,"
her realtor was concerned about a doggie daycare being here, even though she purchased one of the buildings, 2919 N 73rd St., eight months after we opened. I have been told by a number of people whose names appeared on it that the signature was a forgery or that the purpose of the petition was misrepresented to them. So along with those working on their behalf, they succeeded in getting the City to do their "dirty work."
Diamondback Drugs is not an animal pharmacy, it's a money pharmacy. They don't care about the dogs, only about the money they can make off you! Now they want you to believe we have become a danger to your dog and the neighborhood (But they were okay taking my rent check for 3 &1/2 years when it was needed to help them pay their mortgage.) I didn't think attorneys were allowed to act in such self-serving ways, using confidential information from another attorney in their office, and with the attitude that I can not afford to fight them since it wouldn't cost them anything to fight me.
Let these unethical XXXX know what you think of their greed by writing them and PLEASE, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS
