Satellite Dish Confusion

Our company, Wireless Concepts, Inc., is registered in the State of California, and has been conducting business in Simi Valley, California since 1992. Recently we had received numerous inquiries by telephone and electronic mail concerning a Satellite Dish' offer. Wireless Concepts, Inc. has never been involved in the Satellite Dish business. These activities had been conducted by another business entity. It is therefore not possible for us to respond to any of these inquiries. However, since these events apparently involve an entity operating under a name very similar to our registered name, we are looking into our options to prevent further confusion. In the mean time, information on the Wireless Concepts' entity involved in Satellite Dish, including address, telephone number, etc., is appreciated.

My husband and I contacted the above phone number and ordered the satellite dish. Our bank card was charged $49.99 on 11/15/2001. The company per our bank statement that received this money was TV Productions located in Wayne, PA. We have no address for this company.

We received a different certificate on 12/06/2000 for the satellite dish after numerous attempts in contacting the order department to see why we did not receive our certificate. (626-568-0903) The order department continued to give us a run around that they could not locate our order and that we never paid $49.99 There was to be delivery of the satellite dish

certificate within 7-10 business days. After speaking with a male night manager, he issued the certificate. This certificate contained the information needed in deciding what satellite package to choose from.

After choosing our package, we contacted Digital Wireless Tecnologies to place our order.

During the conversation of the order, we were required to a one year contract, had to be homeowners and give them a credit card number in the event we broke the two year contract for them to collect on. These were the conditions to be eligible to receive the installation of the satellite dish. However, we did not meet all of these requirements and were never educated from the order company Wireless Concepts that these conditions existed.

We rent and the landlord did not give permission for the satellite dish to be attatched anywhere on his property so we chose cable.

We issued the certificate back on Dec 21, 2000 requesting a refund.

In February of 2001 I issued another letter requesting a refund.

The letter was returned by the post office for Digital Wireless and read: MOVED LEFT NO ADDRESS In addition previous phone numbers for contacting were disconnected at this point.

In March I located a new phone # for Digital Wireless ( 626-568-0265 ) I spoke with a young female who confirmed that our certificate had been received on 12/27/2000. She stated that she would issue this information to the refund department. She

also stated that she was new and if I needed further help to call back and contact the main office person by the name of Koko.

I did contact again and spoke with Koko. She stated that she would reissue this to the refund department.

I contacted again and spoke with an employee by the name of Karen. She insisted that I issue a copy of my bank statement to prove that we paid $49.99. I made a copy and blacked out all information except the amount removed, our names and the name of the bank. This was issued March 20, 2001 to a new address:

As of 03/01/2001, Tommy, who works for the installation end, ( Dish Network ), is filing a complaint to Digital Wireless Technologies regarding our situation.

As of July 17, 2001 we have never been issued our refund.
