I received a "check" in the mail for a 7" Touchscreen Android OS Tablet with Camera, Wi-Fi and USB. The message enclosed reads the following:
"CONGRATULATIONS! Our promotional department shows that you have been awarded* a 7" Touchscreen Android OS Tablet with Camera, Wi-Fi and USB! Our records also indicate that by responding within 72 hours you will receive a $100 Restaurant Dining Card! Please reference your check number########## Call 571-288-0202 Tuesday-Thursday 2pm-9pm Friday 1pm-8pm Saturday 9am-2:30pm *call for details. Certain restrictions apply." The signature on the check is illegible and no contact name is listed.
The back of the check says the following:
