Hello,
I would like to introduce myself first, I am a PHP developer and I made this script called 2kurl.com which is a traffic exchange script, I sold it to a number of webmasters with clearly mentioning that the script i am selling for one domain only. And the script should not be used with any porn or illegal content sites. This guy bought the script from me for a domain funnyorelse.com, I didn't encrypt the script so he can modify it for his needs just in case if I am (Developer) not available. I clearly mentioned it to them that I am not selling it for porn and illegal content sites. He accepted and asked me to install it on a Safe For Work site which is www.funnyorelse.com he got updates from me and copied the whole script to a porn site which is sexporn.me. I would like you to take legal action against him and ask his hosting provider to remove this script immediately as this is the matter of my earning from a porn site which is not acceptable in my religion. I did mention this to him and he said he respects that and agreed not to use it on porn site. Please help me in this so no body else can use it for porn site like he did. Also I have allowed them to copy to another Safe for work domains with additional $100 charges which he agreed on as well but not the porn site. Please help me.
