Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I cancelled my account with this company because the young lady that I dealt with at the company was very harassing regarding making sure we got all of our payments in on time. She was worst than the bill collectors. I received a letter stating that over $400 was still in the account after it was closed. I called about 4 times asking them to please return my call, and if the monies was mine, would they please send it. They never had a problem calling to make sure they would get $250 from me every month. $750 unfront went to them plus $30 a month. Whenever enough monies was in the account after that the credit card companies would get paid. Interest is being accrued all of the time. Some companies that were in the thousands would take almost forever for them to get paid.

My overall complaint is they have not returned my call yet. When I call them and get through to someone in claims it seems like after every question they put me on hold as if to ask someone what to say.

I don't trust this company at all. There are other complaints on the site like mine about this same company. Something needs to be done, so innocent, hurting people won't continue to be taken advantage of.

Thanks much.

The company is in Florida , Georgia has some tough rules on out of state agencies.

Georgia makes it tough for out of state companies to work with consumers in your state under its own consumer protection laws. I found this article: Arizona, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, Maine, Mississippi, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, West Virginia and Wyoming. If you live in one of those states, remember: It is illegal for for-profit debt-settlement companies to contact you and work with you, even if they're based in another state. Contact your State Attorney General and Governors Office of Consumer Affairs to file a complaint, and make sure they are in regulation with with local laws.
