Dish network employee's are incompentent in doing their job correctly. It has been a complete nightmare for me since January of this year. Now it's August and I have mysteriously been sent back to the collections company without even receiving a bill when the amount due was 77.75 and is due on August 26. They incorrectly credited my account on 3 different occasions now and I have let them know it ahead of time only to be told i'm wrong them all of sudden two weeks later they decide that i'm right and bill me anyway. back in january i paid to have my services restored.....my fault I know I admit. I was willing to pay 300.00 which was about 40 more than I had to pay. they called to set up an arrangement, and I told them how much i wanted to send they told me i only owed 77 which was not right and i argued that for a while then a couple days after that they told me 200.00 (keep in mind all of these people told me different amounts.)

I sent the 200.00 like they told me and that i thought it was wrong and it should send 300.00, against my better judgment i only sent 200.00. two weeks after i made that payment the finally found their mistake (that I had already told them they had made). my bill was suppose to be paid up until march and then suddenly i had a bill that had to be paid in two weeks for the 77.00. i argue back and forth with them over that one. i was paid up until march and an april bill was supposed to generated and i wasn't suppose to have another bill until april17. i canceled services because i moved on april 6, thinking they would send their equipment boxes out to the right address and that they didn't have a problem sending me bills but couldn't figure out how to send me a freaking box? anyway, it took them from the beginning of april until the end of may calling 20 different times before i was offered a lable to send their lousy equipment back. i sent it back the end of april, they received it june 11. but sent me to collections about 2 weeks prior to that, i disputed the amount because the amount had never been corrected nor had i received a bill with the right amount owed on it. they received the boxes like i said on june 11 and i had a credit on the bill once again, this time it was for 346.00.

of course i called because there should be no reason to have a credit like this. they said it was because they got the equipment, but they hadn't charged me a fee yet, so why was i given a credit for something they hadn't charged me for yet? again i questioned it, and i was told i was wrong. i said send me a final bill. this bill was generated on july 5 and had the credit amount. i waited 2 weeks and called dish network. low and behold it said i owed 77.75, for what now? you guessed the credit that i got that i wasn't suppose to get. so i asked them to send me a bill, and they informed me the bill was generated on august 6 an that i would receive it in 5-10 business days. well, on august 20 exactly 14 days later and no bill might i add i was getting calls from the collection agency. i called dish again wanting a detailed bill of all charges and credits and supposedly it was sent out today (august 20). we'll see, i can't pay something that i have no idea what i've been ccharged for and i don't have a bill to prove it. I HATE DISH NETWORK!
