I would like to draw your attention to a very frustrating state of business

Promotion practice being used by COLD CALLERS of the company which Are hired for the purpose of promoting business and open new accounts.

I am a customer for five years and had no problems until one fine morning Someone calls and talks to my kid offering him a package telling him that this will Save some money for us.

He opened a new account signs up for 18 month and charges $50.00 for the new Account and while we were inquiring about the new account and package it transpired That the old account is still open and active and we have to pay for that as well.

We talked to everyone accessible but no one is prepared to listen to any logic or reason.

Simply why we should we pay for a service 2 times, the problem created by the company Employee should not be our headache and worry. This wrongful act of the company Employee should not give us nightmares.

I request to please look into this and help in regularizing the position of the account
