I was really not sure why I treated Mitchell the way I did. I have asked this over and over I have also been very interseted in his approuch to this. Now I know why Mitchell is so odd and angry . This guy has done nothing in his life except b***h and has serious medical issues. I have also found another Rip Off report he filed . Get this Mitchell filed a lawsuit with a $50 filing fee to get $100. He won in court because the defendent did not show. You have to read this complaint to get an idea who this man is. Here is a statment from the courts medical record history regarding Mitchell

Why did you contact your credit company only after only 5 hours from emailing that you still needed these drops? You mention calling the credit company and the amount of $45. The $45 was for an order placed months ago and your now trying to get your money back and saying that it was not as descibed? You have placed over $400 in orders and just placed another $65 and the credit company is going to believe that the products was not as descibed from an order placed months ago??? The credit company refused your complaint to steal from me because they knew you were lying.

First I would like to state what is correct about this complaint and then address many of the statments made by my accusor.

Wow, did I blow it here! Mitchell has ordered from me several times in the past and spent close to $400 and I have enjoyed working with him & producing his imaging for KQVMFM internet radio. Mitchell has had no issues with me or my work during this period and has never had a complaint.  MItchell always pays promptly .

Yes, I did treat Mitchell in unprofessional manner and I am sorry for my behavior.  I am really not sure what prompted my rude response to Mitchell but I did.  Mitchell communicated that he really needed the drops and that he wanted me to take back the money I had refunded.  I realized how unprofessional I was so I decided to produce this project for free.   I had completed both the custom liners & Pre Made Radio Packs he had ordered.  Five hours after Mitchell emailed me concerning his need for the drops, Mitchell filed a complaint with Paypal stating that drops he had ordered months before were not as described.  This complaint came after he just placed a $65 order?  I realized that I was dealing with an angry man or a less than honest man.  Paypal investigated his complant and rejected his request.  After the complaint,  Mitchell sends me another $65 because he wants the drops.  I refunded his money again.  Now let me address the accusations he has made about me and my business.

the order wasn't "custom" as he stated, but part of what he calls "radio packs" where 10 or 20 similiar voice drops were similiar in style and put together as a package.

Mitchell's most recent order included both custom drops & the radio packs.  He submitted 8 Custom Liners and ordered 3 Radio packs.  The radio packs were completed and uploaded to Mitchells user account. The custom liners had not been completed.  Unfortunately I was behind on the custom drops by 24hrs.

Upon further investigation, and in seeking a new company, I discovered that he has upset many other radio stations and they too have moved their businesses elsewhere.

I have been in business for many years and I am sure there are those who have not been happy.  However we wil try to make it right and if not able to make the customer happy it is our policy to refund any order.

One company even went so far as to tell me he stole their entire copyrighted website and all of their jingles despite cease and desist letters being sent to him.

My web site is a very simple basic website.  The audio scripting comes from years of order submissions and experience.  I have never received a cease and desist order. This is just total fiction.

 What he apparently does is what you may call fill in the blanks, filling in the blanks to the templates to make it appear to be giving the illusion they are professionally done from scratch.

My competitors have been using this same verbage for years. I am one of many companies that offer both PreMade packs & custom work.   My website clearly states these Pre made packs are cusomized only with the requested info such as name or company.  Mitchell you have ordered many Premade packs and it appears you were happy with them.  The Premade packs are very popular and we will continue to offer them.  When you order custom drops from our service you get a drop produced from scratch.

Then he had the nerve to accuse ME of being a theif when I complained to my credit card company about his antics.

Mitchell filed a complaint with Paypal that the products was not as descrbed. This is after spending close to $400 in the past and just placing $65 order?  Paypal told him to take a hike as it was not believable since he had just placed a new order.  Antics??  I made a bad decision that made a customer very mad and now this person is spreading rumors and untruths.  Mitchell tried to steal my money with a complaint that he knew was not true.

Mitchell, you spent close $400 over the past 2 years and have been satisfied.  People don't usually volunteer to be "scammed" over and over again.  My policies are very simple and clear.  I am one of the few who offers a refund and also will redo your drops if the customer is not satisfied.  I stand behind all my work and have worked successfully with 1000's of DJ 's.  It seems to me that Mitchell is simply a very angry man trying to even the score with rumors & accusations based on untruths.

Please remember, that all this was done after your own admission that you had refunded my money. Every action in life has a consequence, and your actions you took to a good reliable customer is nothing short of rude, combative and demeaning. So now you have to live with these actions and I having to find another company willing to do my drops with no problem. I never said that about stealing their web page, THEY DID just FYI after speaking to them on the phone. And finally, I never complained about you scamming UNTIL this last order, that was the deciding factor, so get yer facts straight. Bad call, Sir, now you lost a customer and trust forever, not cool especially since we had such a good repore,,,,,up until now.
