After ordering the product(mp3 player with program recorded), I did not receive it in 14 days.When I inquired about it (customer service) I was given a tracking number and told to track it for myself. I had already checked my credit card an found that I had been charged for the product on tha day that I ordered it.
Per the tracking number, the package was not deliverable to me because of an incorrect address (the shipper had left my unit number off), and it was being sent back to the shipper. Upon calling customer service to see what could be done, I was told I would have to wait 14 days,then call back and ask for a personal claim form (to state that I never got the package) When I stated that the tracking number showed that I never got the package I was told "sorry Mam, we have to follow protocol)
At this point I felt that I was getting the run around and asked to cancel the order. I was told that I couldn't cancel the order until I filled out the personal claim form.
After waiting the required time, I called back and was told that I would actually have to wait until they received the package back in order to either be sent another on OR cancel the order. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told he was not available.
After ANOTHER call to customer service I was again told the supervisor was not available..So now it is beginnig the fourth week that I have been charged for a product that I do not have, and that I cannot get my money back for...SCAM!
