Complaint Review: Donald Karl Limberger - Dearborn Michigan

I appreciate that you are acknowledging that I had nothing to do with this but yet you still won't remove my co. Name which also had nothing to do with this. No party involved has ever been an employee of Rapid Renovations.

I've done everything I possibly could to get you to remove my co. Info, I've sent messages, made phone calls, spoken with your husband whom also acknowledges I'm not responsible, Facebook messages, this site, ect.. All over something that I'm not even involved in, I did nothing to you or your family, I sympathize for you over this situation and even offered your husband a job with pay at the end of each day to ensure that I am NOT a person nor run a company that doesn't take care of all its employees payroll, they are the backbone of a company. I am a firm believer in paying the people who put in the blood, sweat and tears that are sometimes needed to complete a lot of the projects we do, I am not Don and should not be held accountable for the actions of an individual that never been an employee of Rapid Renovations.

You seem like an intelligent woman and seem to know about law but yet I cannot figure out why you are going to force me to begin a legal process that will ultimately end up costing more time and money. It saddens me to know that I am going to be forced to sue someone whom I sympathize for their situation. I have been burnt before and know exactly how it feels. This has forced me to take away more time from my work and set up an appointment with my attorney this afternoon to begin the legal process of getting this removed and then eventually having to sue you for all damages occurred, all I ask is why as I shake my head with confusion, Because I am not at all responsible and pride myself in my company and its reputation.

I am the person that filed this report. I am happy for the employees that have been paid and have had legit work ethics. There was an amendment made to this report that stated "Donald Limberger "was responsible for non-payment of $12,000 to 16 individuals. To make the record straight and without any misinterpretation, please read carefully and re-read if you need to. Myself and the other 15 individuals were hired by Donald Limberger, who worked for Robert Craite, who (Mr. Craite) works for Metro Property Group, who according to Mr. Craite works as their General Contractor. Donald Limberger received payment for renovating homes in Detroit and did not pay the individuals that performed the work on these homes. Never once in my report did I say I worked for Rob. Rob was in a position of supervision over Donald, these homes were inspected and everyone involved was well aware of the fact that Don was not paying his workers. I believe Christie is well aware of the fact herself, because her boyfriend/Ex or what have you is one of the individuals that is owed $700 from Mr. Limberger. We were told by said individual that Rob was quoted as saying "let them go after the money they will not get anything". So as an employee of Rob Christie was aware of the fact people were owed money. Rob continued to allow Mr. Limberger to renovate these homes and Metro Property Group financially benefited off of these properties. Mr. Justin Haas has nothing to do with this. I never once mentioned his name in my report. The only thing I know about Justin is that he has a  business partnership with Robert Craite. I was unaware of the fact that Rapid Renovations was owned and operated by Justin Haas, I was informed that it was Roberts business. As we talk about these businesses, are any of these so-called contractors licensed or insured to work on homes? Were any permitts pulled and posted on the homes in accordance with the building codes of the city of Detroit. Are any of these "businesses" legal? Well when you look up public records via LARA funny thing no ones name comes up.. huh imagine that. Mr. Robert Craite has informed me that he is filing a law suit against me for slander. This is an open forum, the information provided is public record. This is my "opinion" Metro is upset about the bad reputation this may cause them, I think Rob is upset that he may loose his "contract" with Metro Property Group for hiring Donald Limberger and not providing proper supervision over the work completed on the properties and "managing" any contractors he is giving checks to.  " The fact that society may find speech offensive is not a sufficient reason for suppressing it. In deed, if it is the speakers opinion that gives offense, that consequence is a reason for according it constitutional protection" FCC v. Pacifica Foundation, 438 U.S. 726, 745-46 1982.  I met Rob many years ago when I hired him to do some work on one of my managed homes. It wasnt long after that we were partners and rehabbing entire homes all thruout the year. We then landed the Metro account and did several homes together before my other companies I owned took up all my time. I left Rob to carry on what we started and he has grown the business each and every year. Rob and I always worked hard, our employees worked hard and everyone always got paid. If you were hired by someone other then Rob and didnt get paid your barking up the wrong tree. Talk to the guy who didnt pay you and man up. If Rob paid a contractor for his work and he is responsible for paying you and he hired you talk with him. Dont drag your dirty laundry into someone elses house. Its really that simple.

I have been working for Rob for over 5 months and have been paid on the same day of the week everytime. I've never been short money nor have I ever had to chase him down or ask for my money. This is a great company to work for.

I've heen employed off and on by Mr. Craite For over a year. I can honestly say, the guy has never stiffed me or any other employee I've known. When I come to get paid, I see them line up for a check out of the ledger.  I have never had but one issue with Rob in the past 3 years I've known him. The issue? He's too d**n kind. He always goes the extra mile, and always gives extra chances to people. He is living proof that a man CAN and WILL change if given the chance to do so.

These allegations are completely without merit, our company has never hired or employed any of these individuals, we spoke with the husband, Ron, earlier and he acknowledged that we have nothing to do with whatever arrangements that Don and Jamie or anyone else had. None of these people are nor have ever been employed by myself or Rapid Renovations. I am the owner of Rapid Renovations and am requesting that you produce any supporting document that validates these false statements. You have never attempted to contact myself or any acting representation of this co. In any attempt to resolve these matters rather you chose to go on here and create childish reviews that aren't even relevant to any of us. Your finger pointing should be pointed towards Don and not anyone else, he was your employer, Rapid Renovations never knew that you existed until this inaccurate post was created. As a human and a father I sympathize for your situation but by no means did we have anything to do with it and our names should be removed from this,

I want to voice my opinion on what I just read. In response to JThompson of Brownstown and the Metro Property situation. It's all Crap!

I know Robert Craite personally for more than 30 years. He has always had a legitimate company of Handyman Services. He recently started rehab work on Metro Properties homes in the Metro Detroit area.
Whatever Metro Properties has done to the City of Dearborn residents and the City of Detroit residents has absolutely nothing to do with his company and/or services.

In the past month he merged with Rapid Renovations. They are working on rehabilitation of homes in Detroit and the surrounding areas. He does amazing work and has professional teams of employees that he has to pay.

Legally this JThompson person has wrote this crap has started to corrupt the name of Robert Craite, which is technically considered slander as well as defamation of character. Trust me on this he will be sued if he does not retract his statements about Robert Craite and Rapid Renovations.

I worked with Robert Craite over this past summer. He paid my team of House Cleaners , passed inspections with the city and was commended on a "job well done".  It really doesn't matter whether someone has a criminal record or not. Robert Craite graduated from college and lives a legitimate life with his wife and children. However Metro Properties acquired these properties has nothing to do with hiring a licensed contractor and his team.

It's wrong of this JThompson to slander the name and company reputation based on whatever facts he thinks he has.

REMOVE ROBERT CRAITE AND RAPID RENOVATIONS OR LITIGATION IS BEING ENGAGED. Whatever damages caused to Robert Craite and his family will be included in the charges against Mr. JThompson, as well as court costs, legal fees, pain and suffering.

I have worked for rob craite for over 2 months, I have never had a problem with being paid by him. I get paid every Friday and sometimes get a loan when I am short on cash. I love working for this company and am very greatful that I work for rapid renovations and under rob craite.

sometimes i go without to make sure. ive been in business for over 25yrs 
and never have had a bad reputation. i come very highly recommended.
don has told me he has a crew and he has came to me asking for draws against his pay to pay his people and to get materials. i have always gave to him and i do have the check stubs to show it. and bank  records to prove he cashed them.  and as far as the lady that falsely posted this about me and rapid renovations and metro property's will be shortly contacted and sued for slander and criminal charges if this is not removed..  she has the right to post about donald but nothing else. they where hired by donald and worked for donald. none of the employees has ever worked for metro property's or rapid renovations nor me.. i do not know who these people are and never even seen them working on any of my rehabs ,  i did see one or 2 people in car with donald but , i have never met them... i do not appreciate being brought into someone else problems and as far as donald goes  he has ripped me off as well for over $24,000 that i now have to sell all my personal things to finish rehabs he started and i paid for and i am the biggest victim here .. so tell me how im am suppose to react???  i will began the lawsuit papers if this is not removed by 12-20-12
im trying to be fare and allow jamie (aka) the person that wrote this but never work for any of us the chance to remove it . but as of 12-20-12 if it is not gone my attorneys will get the info to the court system for further prosecution. she has tryed to send me offers to settel... why and how could i pay people that never worked for me?? i mean if its that easy i would go up to donald trump and tell him i worked for someone you know pay me!    wow just wow is all i have to say.. this post is a bunch of hurt people wich i do understand but i also am hurt and do not desirve to be slandered nor dose any company mentioned other then the dnl contracting that hired them 

As the complainants husband and one of the parties not being paid by Don Limberger, I have spoke with the other Contractors and have found that they have acted in a responsible and ethical manner regarding this situation. Donald Karl Limberger solely is responsible for any acts of negligence and irresponsibility regarding the handling of his business and employees.

This situation has been satisfactorily resolved regarding any other parties, or companies.
