Ordered Adobe Photoshop for $184 but sent something else COD. Refund never received. Several emails and calls. Always 'can't process credit cards' and will send COD but never sends what is ordered. I ordered a second time, got the same mess, but was able to stop payment on the check. I also reported this to the FTC (reference # 21268883) and plan to continue to persue in every way I can I.E. BBB and USPS Inspection Service divsion, etc.
