Who sites on an EMERGENY CLAIM FOR MONTHS..from Sept to Nov...APPROVES IT FINALLY..COINCIDENTALLY ON HIS BIRTHDAY..the very day HE TURNED 21! THEY CONTINUE TO DENY HIM THE EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES HE IS STILL IN DESPERATE NEED OF. HOW DO PEOPLE LIKE THIS Sleep at night?

Snakes who get government contracts..They are connected to the now Jailed Ford Politician in Memphis! This is HOW THEY GOT THE TENNCARE CONTRACT! HOW MANY OTHERS OF YOU ARE THERE OUT THERE? CLASS ACTION I SAY! I have spoken with my attorney.
They have BLATANTLY VIOLATED THE STATE OF TENNESSEE INSURANCE LAWS AND I HAVE CONTACTED THE STATE BOARD. THEY HIDE BEHIND THEIR STATE CONTRACT AND SCREW OVER THE HANDICAPPED? What will they NOT DO? Oh, and I still get letters regarding this saying it went before a judge..WHO? WHERE? Why were we not there with our X-Rays and receipts. What a Farce upon the TENNESSEE TAXPAYERS AND POTENTIALLY OTHER TRUSTING TAXPAYERS AND PRIVATE CITIZENS AS WELL ACROSS THE U.S. This is like some John Grisham Book I read..sitting on Claims as long as possible and then denying all.
