Dr. BASS lLLC Marc Serio NEVER RECIEVED ITEM PURCHASD and PAID FOR -NO RESPONSE FROM Dr. Bass LLC or Marc Serio Mrtyle beach, South Carolina
The 212 bass cabinet I ordered in Oct. has not arrived as of today 11-20-10.Marc Serio has confirmed reciept of my payment but refuses to send an order number or email.
Several attemps to call unanswered.Several emails unanswered.Lettter unanswered.Was originaly told that the cabinet was already built .

On aprox. 5-20-11, i recieved an email from
Marc Serio stating that his records show that
the DRB 212 bass cabinet i ordered in 2-10
was never shipped and that he would resolve
the problem.
On 5-27-11 , i recieved shippment as promised.
Marc even called and issued an apology for his
oversight.

Beware of this snake! As of today ( 2-23-2011).
I have still not recieved my order, an order #, or an explanation.
2 Certified letters NOT EXCEPTED and returned to me.
Better Business Bureau unable to contact Mr. Serio.
SC Dept. of Consumer Affairs not able to contact.
Yet, his website remains up and he continues to
RIPOFF unknowing customers!
