Complaint Review: Dr. Charles Ruotolo MD - Massapequa New York

Dr. Charles Ruotolo induced me into a 30hr coma for orthopedic surgeries after I entered Nassau University Medical Center via Ambulance consious and without any dramatical scenes.

Yet 30hrs later when I finally awoke to the most appreciative look from a loved one, we obtained a pad-pen from Nurse June while she assisted my removal of the breathing tube preventing me from speaking to my loved one.  Before I could turn my head back to my loved one she was pacing out of the ICU under direction not to speak to me until a psychiatrist met me first.  While laying there in utter bewilderment for minutes that felt like hours, Nurse June acknowledged the fact 10-staples should not be across the top/back of my head from a head-on collision and while she witnessed me survey my body and poke at my right shoulder, Nurse June said the only normal words I've heard since my survival: "I knew something went horribly wrong in that car as the driver also has a rear-head injury!" while I was removing my unnecessary neck brace to stretch out.  We were so rudely interrupted by NUMC's ICU Intern Eric Seitelman who exclaimed "FINE, I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M DOING" as I replied softly "Really" and then louder, "NOW?!!" before he stomped off as if a juvenile brat.  Then I sat alone for several more minutes that felt as hours now desparately yearning for the outcome of all three others involved.  With a number of ICU patients nearby in the same room, responding to a disgraceful ICU scene with another ICU scene may have threatened other patients' lives also at their weakest moments.  Before any of this the only thing on my mind within 25min. of consiousness since surviving a tragic head-on collision using my left limbs as the only limbs anybody broke (because I predicted a Mercedes-Benz CL55AMG airbag does not account for AMG acceleration at low speeds) was "Am I going to ask about the others first or express the fact I just met Jesus Christ and he is indeed real?" through my own momentary death against a Mercedes-Benz dashboard.  While waiting I promised myself the only normal reason or acceptable person to walk in may be a family member.  Unfortunately it was Psych. Intern T. Shakir who sat on my right side unannounced and asked "How are you feeling".  And just like that, I lost all trust for medical staff and any family-friends outside that disgraceful ICU, yet was not able to react appropriately for consideration of other ICU patients' lives, and just experienced a friend since 2nd grade committing murder before his suicide, before his murder against a Mercedes-Benz steering wheel that was also without an airbag timely deploying.  And instantly had to think of his 5mos. old Daughter I was visiting for her Christening, and his wife that may or may not be a widow.  That is when I was forced to act, not live a life that was history before I could even awake from Dr. Charles Ruotolo's induced coma.  The attached Psychiatry Consultation Request fully documents two interns acting without a requesting doctor, and a patient explaining how he must know the outcome of the trauma.  It also documents an incomplete nationality, notes about my maturity, and the fact NUMC-ICU Psych. Intern T. Shakir had no intention of expressing the outcome of the trauma.  There is ABSOLUTELY no medical justification for considering PTSD as an induced coma patient's awakening experience.

2 nights later after I was transfered to a hospital room, Dr. Charles Ruotolo visited me as we discussed how my injuries were incurred against the Mercedes-Benz CL55AMG dashboard with no airbags until after we came to a rest.  Dr. Ruotolo said 'well then it looks like you have a case to address' and I replied "Yes, but I cannot speak with anybody due to odd behaviors" and he replied "That's normal" and I asked "Is it normal for the odd behaviors to come from the medical staff?".  I never saw or spoke with Dr. Ruotolo again.

Years later while contacting Dr. Charles Ruotolo's office, he had NUMC's security head Michael Ferrandino return his call threatening me to come in when I let Michael know if he wants to threaten me then he can do so at my shop instead.  Then Dr. Charles Ruotolo had Nassau County Police Detecrtive O'Conner call me claiming I should not threaten NUMC's security when I let O'Conner know that if he speaks to me the way Michael Ferrandino did, then I'd treat him the same way.  The disturbing part is that O'Conner wouldn't even acknowledge the Medical Client-Patient professional obligations and spoke as if I should be grateful I ended up in their circular system.  Circular I say because Michael Weinreb was disbarred for managing a ring of fraudulent professionals including former NCPD to file fraudulent auto accident injury claims.  And Michael's fraud ring is believed to have extended deeply into NUMC's staff.  At the time of the tragedy Michael Weinreb was a misrepresented development associate managing an investment fraud ring that was seeking to claim my $2.5M share.  Either way, Dr. Ruotolo induced a coma upon me leaving interns to take control of my ICU medical experience that eliminated 3x's more personal relationships than I already lost on the way in.  John Ramses Soliman was the first person to enter after Psych. Intern T. Shakir paced out of that NUMC-ICU in response to my "Without offense the only conversation I'm having now is who's alive and who's dead so if you have no intention of teliling me then please leave and send someone in who WILL".  Nurse June witnessed John Ramses Soliman enter, witnessed my right hand coiled back forming a fist to great John once he expressed who's alive and dead.  At the moment I was going to swing at the first familiar face to speak to me, he saw my fist and broke down crying as if on demand.  My greatest life's regret is stopping myself from swinging.  Now if only Dr. Charles Ruotolo can explain the medical benefit of placing an ICU patient in such an outrageous predicament plotted long before I could awake, has and if he cannot, THEN STAND UP TO ME ALREADY MAKING AMENDS FOR SUCH A DISGRACEFUL MEDICAL EXPERIENCE.  Not have your staff recommend to me that I visit NUMC again for Psychiatry Care!!!  How about your Dr. Ruotolo go meet with a REAL PSYCHIATRIST to COMPREHEND SUCH A SICK HOSPITAL ICU-FRAUD?  John Ramses Soliman and Michael Weinreb terrorized my entire 30's decade and couting as the 3rd murderers in a never-ending murder scene.

Yet Dr. Ruotolo refuses to acknowledge such disgrace.  Instead I get calls from attorneys I don't know who have to experience Dr. Ruotolo in courtrooms as an 'expert witness' representing fraudulent accident injury claims with no success.  This is the REAL Dr. RUOTOLO.  A man who managed to get the NCPD and First Responders to cheerlead his work as if 'the best'.  How is this experience 'the best'.  How does Dr. Ruotolo justify disregarding a patient who's been subjected to a new level of medical-fraud from his induced coma?  The irony is this 'doctor' doesn't have the knees, legs, and spine to face the reality he imposed against my ability to live, to survive, to speak with anybody, to even know anybody that was there.  Why don't you tell us all Dr. Ruotolo how long you knew the disbarred parasite, Michael Weinreb and his brother Alan Weinreb?  Tell us in what world PTSD is even considered in an ICU?  What was my behavior during your induced coma to justify such a sickly intern-induced non-doctor ordered ICU-PTSD diagnosis attempt, unnannounced?  Do you think my life is a joke?  Do you think you have any authority to terrorize your patients from comas you induce by leaving interns to take control illigitimately in an ICU for Christ's sake?
