Dr. Timothy Huckabee RIPOFF, OVER PRICED, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Southlake Texas
I recently moved to TX and had to get a new dentist. I was referred to Dr. Timothy Huckabee. All I can say is STAY AWAY. This man is a CROOK. They use high pressure sales techniques to sell you additional work you dont need. I was charged over $500 for a simple cleaning. I had been going to the same dentist (one of the best in Northern California) my whole life and had never been charged such high rate for a cleaning. After your done one of their "finance" guys takes you into a small office demaning full payment right now before they even bill your insurance. Dr. Timothy Huckabee is the used car salesman of the dental industry. This man is a CROOK! AVOID! STAY AWAY.
I will return to California for my dental work when needed.

I have been a patient to Dr. Huckabee's office for about 18 months now. Previously, I had not been to the dentist for about 10 years. I assumed I had numerous cavities and would be getting into a huge expense. Dr. Huckabee's staff have been nothing but great to me. Not only did I not have new cavities, but I have had them refill my old silver, mercury fillings with new white fillings. This was at my request, not theirs. I have never been pressured into an uneeded procedure or felt as though I was overcharged. This office typically schedules you for your next cleaning at the time of service. I have been called two weeks before my appointment every time and given the opportunity to reschedule depending on my schedule. Every person I have dealt with in this office has been super friendly. This story is a compete fabrication. This poster is: He is not from California. He did not have a cleaning. He did not have a regular dentist. (It was 6 years since his last appointment) He was asked to pay his portion of treatment only. Insurance was filed for the rest. He was not treated that day. He returned for treatment the next day. The cost was not $500 This Report was filed because the patient requested that the doctor file for treatment to his insurance for 2007 that was not done and the doctor refused. This upset this person.(That is known as insurance fraud) I guess since any unverified claim can be posted here again and again the reader has to decide for themselves. Rip off report refuses to remove any posting even if proven incorrect. Since they do not create the postings they have no legal liability. Unlike Alan who is liable for his words Our office and doctors are certainly not perfect but we are honest. We will ALWAYS bend over backwards to resolve any patient complaints. Take a look at the Texas State Dental Board, Dr Huckabee has an unblemished record. Look at Dr OOgle he is one of the highest rated dentists. Look at any area best dentist survey he is constantly listed. Decide for yourself.
