Russian Dating website is an elaborate illusion. Here is why:

1.Automated Pop Up windows appear that claim certain women what to chat with the customer. When I accepted the offer, there was no one chating with my comments.

2.If customer wants to send a gift to a women, gifts are offered on the website. I chose flowers to send to a women and was promised by the website that I would receive a picture of the woman receiving the flowers. The picture never came, no did I receive a receipt from a flower shop that my order had been processed.

3.My in-box is literally full of 200+ e-mails from different women allegedly wanting to talk to me. I'm not that good looking.

4.I received a response from a lady on the site, and when I replied back, I received the exact e-mail she allegedly sent yesterday. Exactly word for word.

5.Website address is based in Santa Monica. That city has a glamorous population and and full of models. Santa Monica has easy access to talent agencies in Hollywood and model agencies trying to get their clients' images out to the world. It is so easy to scan those photos and pretend a real person is active on the site. Compare this site to real Russian dating sites, and it is like night and day.

6.E-mails and profiles all read the same with different words. To me it looks like a man writing what a woman would think. Men don't understand how women think, so it looks shallow. That last comment is based on opinion of course. No evidence to back it up.

Dream Marriage Is NOT A Scam!

#2UPDATE Employee

Mon, July 21, 2008

Hello. My name is Ishah Bashal. I am the Customer Service Manager of Dream-Marriage.com. Dream Marriage is NOT a scam. Rather, we operate a legitimate business providing legitimate services. The owners of Dream-Marriage.com are a Russian-American couple who have built this business from the ground up with the sincere desire to help others find love and happiness. Truthfully, we are still growing. And as we grow, we rise to meet the challenges that occur to serve our expanding client base. Nevertheless, the owners and all of the employees are driven by the sincere desire to serve our clients in their quest to find, meet and marry the Russian lady of their choice. The ladies on our site are real members, and are seeking to find their partner without ulterior motives. Most of the ladies on our site have confirmed profiles. This means our local representative interviewed them and confirmed their identities using either the ladies passports, address verification, background checks, etc. This means our clients are communicating with the lady he sees on the profile and she is well aware that she is communicating with him. Now to address the meat of the issue, this particular client who has published this article, has arrived to his conclusions based on assumption only. He never asked questions concerning his experience, neither did he ever attempt to find the truth. Therefore ALL of his statements and accusations are simply his opinion and frankly, mere libel and defamation. 1. The client claims that he received Chat Invitations and no one was there to reply once he accepted the Chat Invitation. The client would've needed to address this issue with Customer Service when this incident occurred. There are a variety of possibilities that could have caused this issue. For example, a lady could have seen his profile and invited him to chat right before he logged out of our site. In which case, the Chat Invitation will still go through but he will not be able to chat with the lady because he logged out. In order for us to have provided the client with an exact answer, we would've needed to investigate the matter. Nevertheless, if we were scamming our clients, why would we use unanswered Chat invitations as a method to do so? We don't make money if no one is chatting. 2. The client claimed he never received gift confirmation photos (as guaranteed on our site) from his gift purchase to a lady. Once a client's gift is delivered to the lady, a gift confirmation email is automatically sent to the clients email address included in his profile. There are several reasons why sometimes clients may think they have not received their gift photo confirmations. For example, clients have various email addresses and sometimes forget which email address our emails are sent to. Another possibility is that occasionally, a portion of our emails, if not all of our emails will be sent to Junk mail folder if the client doesn't list us as a Safe Sender. Also, we don't send photos as attachments, rather they are copied and pasted in the email. Therefore, if clients don't know how to download photos from the email, they think the gift confirmation photos were not included in the email. Had this customer have asked us for another confirmation email, we would've sent it to him and explained how to view the photos in the email. Moreover, to assist our clients, we have recently made all gift confirmation photos available in the client's account. 3. Next, the client accuses us of scamming because 200+ women emailed him. Is it possible to get a lot of emails from ladies in a short period of time? Yes. We have thousands of female members on our site. When we look at the mailbox of the average male member, it differs none from the inbox of the average female member. In other words, both female and male members tend to have hundreds of emails at any given time sitting in his/her Inbox. A lot of these women are simply looking for someone to correspond with to find if there is any possibility something may evolve down the line. 4. The client received a letter from a lady. He writes her back and she sends him the same letter again, word for word. More than likely, the lady accidentally resent her saved letter again. Or the lady may not have read his response to her letter thinking he had not responded to her first letter, she would've sent the original letter again. Plenty of male clients accidentally send their letters twice and request Customer Service to delete multiple letters on their behalf. Moreover, all members can save First Response letters (aka Introductory letters) to their email accounts. All this client needed to do was bring this to the attention of Customer Service and we would've either looked into the matter further to provide explanation or we would've allowed him free correspondence with the lady to inquire why she sent duplicate letters. 5. The next accusation is based on an assumption of an address that is based in Santa Monica. It is said that it is probable that we've hired models and used these models for pictures of the ladies. This is simply not true! As stated earlier, members on our site are talking to the lady he sees on her profile. Most of our lady members have Confirmed Profiles which means that our local representative has personally interviewed the lady and confirmed her identity using either background checks, address verification, passport, etc. Additionally, identities of the ladies can be confirmed by the male members by using Chat, Live Video and by watching their Introductory Videos. 6. All of the ex-client's statements are based on his opinion without real evidence to prove his statements. The profiles are written by the ladies and are interpreted by her translator, if needed. We truly believe it is possible to find love here. Many of our clients have successfully met a genuine lady using our services and have been able to start a relationship (this information can be confirmed on our testimonials page). We truly are desirous of helping others find their true match!
