I've been a good customer of driedpoppiesdirect.com for more than a year. They receive approximately $550 a month from me for dried poppies for my floral arrangements. I had always had good, reliabel service with this company. That is, until the past couple of months.

You go on their site and place your order. The company quickly sends you a response that your order has been received and will ship it out within the next business day. They say they will update you with a tracking number, and they immediate hold charges on your credit card (money of which you cannot use).

However, a day, a few days, a week and sometimes longer times will pass and no e-mail is recieved from them giving you this tracking number. But they do make sure the money has been taken from your account! When I try to e-mail Seth Petzerelli, I sometimes receive an e-mail stating they are working on the order and to plese have patience since they have orders backed up. Other times, my e-mails go unnoticed. This is very poor business. And I can't just cancel the order without hastle since my account has been already charged.

Eventually, I will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. However, the USPS site states that it's just an electronic notification that the order is scheduled to be picked up but does not indicate that it actually has. Seth will send these e-mails out three or four days prior to actually shipping the product, which I think is an attempt to try and appease me and to doop me into thinking it had been sent out.

Seth never updates his website to let people know that one business day shipping guarantee is no longer in affect. And while he is slow to ship the product, with the last time I ordered from him two and a half weeks late, he is quick to charge my credit card. He somehow finds time to take my money but not follow-through with his promises.

While I will eventually receive the product, it is so late that it causes problems with my business in trying to give reliable dates for my crafts. But more than anything, I would think Seth would offer loyal customers who give him a lot of business more respect than what he has given me. Using his site has become a hastle and is very agrrivating.

Ultimately, I have turned to other sites for my business. I do not recommend that anyone who wants to receive products in a reasonable time or receive truthful statements use this site.
