Hello to all of you out there, and I know there are alot. What sparked me to write this was last Saturday (the 9th) I recieved my final notice (10 day to pay letter)and it said that I had 10 days from the date on the letter (the 3rd) to make my 800 dollar payment. Fine...and then I noticed that the letter had been dated for the third and it was already the 9th! So I grabbed the envelope and look at the post date on it. It was dated on the 7th...they waited 4 days to send me that kind of a letter? And here's another thing I haven't recieved a bill in 6 months...coming up on the 7th month actually. I have called and reported this 3 times now and they all say we have NEVER called to make a change or report it. The lady my husband talked to earlier today said they would work with us, but the tactics they use are ruthless and until they found out (and yes we told them) that we had a envelope with a late post date on it, the lady was EXTREMELY rude and my husband had to take a firm voice to even get her attention about the envelope and then she turned all sweet when we said we'd take it to a lawyer. Seems quirky to me. If there are any lawsuits I could join, please let me know. AND also my interest rate is high, I knew that going into it, but it says that I have gotten 3000 to 4000 dollars in interest over the last 6 months. in February we owed between 8-9k and now we owe 12k? Please contact with any info at all.

Alrighty since all this has happened...where to begin??? Today is the 10th of September. I had till the 15th (husbands first full check) to pay our note, a guy JUST calls me and says you are over due and after today i have no control over what happens to your vehicle. I tell him very kindly that the lady (case manager) told me i had till my husbands first full check to pay and he says he understands my dilemma but he'll need the money no later then Friday...2-3 days before my husbands paycheck! Then he goes off on his con about well ok we're noting the account that you have been notified you need to pay by friday (as if he's renewing a contract to get his money 3 days earlier! and screwing the deal imade in the first place) and that i was notified wrong in the first place. Asi f that made it all better. But now I see how they con people they undo and redo. I am nautious to my stomach. These people will be sued. I'm not losing my car, my husband drives it to work. This is rediculous!
