Finally the whole truth about www.Drone-world.com....

I pre-ordered a Phantom 3 from them in the beginning of May for May 8th delivery. They sent an email out on the 14th Stating I would have to wait until June to receive it. I called to cancel as other dealers stated they could have one to me before then. When I called I was told they had a new one, never opened that was returned to them because the buyer refused to accept delivery. I questioned it but in the end agreed to accept. I received the p3 and it looked ok. When I went to fly it the compass lost calibration mid flight multiple times. In speaking with DJI and other dealers they stated they have never ran into this unless the bird was crashed at some time. After some digging we realized they had shipped me a used drone! I called them and the first response was I will have to wait for June to get a replacement. I let them know I was charging back the credit card and shipping it to DJI for further review. At this point the owner Stephen McKenna called and begged me not to do that. He said he would send me a new one if agreed to sign a non-disclosure agreement attached at the bottom of this. Pretty much proving his guilt. He tried multiple excuses that he updated all birds before shipment and then sealed them to make them look new and others that were BS. Proven by the flight logs. So he shipped me another "new" one immediately but I refused to sign his agreement. When I received it the gimbal was broken! At the same time I was in communication with another individual who bought from them and his bird came with dog hair all over the back of the stickers. A little more digging and his bird was used as well. They sent me another to try and make up for this issue but told me the box would be open for "test flights". Needless to say I reluctantly accepted and finally received a bird that worked. In the meantime all the birds have been shipped off to find out how used they were and I am attempting to have his dealer licensed pulled. Yesterday I received a letter that he is suing me for the birds and disclosing the SECRETIVE nature of his transactions....

Don't buy from these guys as they are total criminals!

NON-DISC LOURSE AGREEMENT

I Burton Young agree not to disclose any information about the Drone World transactions #2109 or any other

transactions relating to both parties, including drone sales and battery sales as well as any express and or

verbally implied information regarding shipping lead times and manufacturer lead times. Additionally I agree not

to disclose any information regarding warranty statements written, expressed or implied to me about Drone

World’s warranties and manufacturer warranties. I agree not to disclose any information about receiving a

purchase that may or may not have been tampered with, opened, used, or defective upon arrival. Lastly, I

agree that I made a statement of fact to Drone World that my wife received the Drone World package, was

unaware of its condition and I am also not confident in what the condition of the package was and whether or

not it was already opened, tampered with, defective, or even in new condition.
