This is customer issue has been resolved. This is nothing but a smear tactic and the claim is not true. Please remove this thread. If there is a problem that we don't know about we are more then willing togo above and beyond to pacify this customer. To our knowledge there is nothing leeft to resolve. This simply was s special item ordered that is not cancellable.

Back in 2005 I owned the company, now I am no longer the owner, nor am I involved in day to day business of this company. The person that listed this information is not telling the entire truth, but rather his side of the storey. Now they have listed information that is not true and has even tried to extort me for money to remove the comments. Do not call me at work, because I do not know the answers to the questions you have. Investigation will show this customer received a complete refund and the complaint was resolved. However, He refuses to update this log.
