Dynasty Marketing Waste of time Brookfield Wisconsin
This is a joke of a job. I drove 60 miles for an initial interview that lasted about 10 minutes. The guy giving me the interview, josh, made it seem like an honor to get this job. He said if I make the "top 10" I will get a call for a second interview.
I got the job!!! YAY. So he says come in Thursday at 10. I do as he says, excited to work for a Sports and Entertainment Marketing company. I thought he said something about shadowing, but I wasnt sure.
Well that day I was gone, and 50 miles away from my car because we carpooled. I wanted to leave because it was aweful. I "shadowed" for 10 hours with this guy that couldnt sell a golf package for his life. And even if he did, his compensation was 10$. Why work at a sales job for that kind of money? He worked, as I watched painfully, for 10 hours and didnt make a dime. This guy was susposed to be the best.
Anyone, this job isnt what you think it is, unless you think it is a waste of time. The job consists of selling things like you did for fundraisers in middle school, only now you are going door to door in suits, its ridiculous.
Ive had many sales jobs and I thought they all sucked, but now I would do any of them over this one with no questions asked. Please do yourself a favor and stay away. Its not worth it.
