E & W Auto Repairs Los Angeles ripoff
Mr. Wingfield was refer to me by a previous customer. He started auto repairs on our 1993 Ponitac. I have kept all of my receipts and on 11/2000 he said that he had work on the Head Gasket and gave me a bill for it. We continue to have the same trouble and we were told by him that he guarantee all of his repairs, If there is any problems.
We continued to have the same problem and I had AAA to tow the vehicle back to his place. He has had our vehicle for over 2 months YES. I have called,sent 2 certified letters and left messages and I even went to his home to get information regarding the my car "He wasn't there" so I left message with his girlfriend.
On today(10/8) I received a phone call from him telling me that I owe him another $800 we have already spent over $1600.00 for repairs already.
I do not think this is fair and I would appreciate any suggestions or idea's or what I can do to solved this problem asap. Yes, I am interested in filing a complaint, also.
