I ordered software online on 3/23. I was initially surprised that I was told not to expect the software till 5/11. I filled a complaint on 5/28 "CD's have not arrived" and received an automated email the next day that said someone would look into it. Still nothing 6/11, a month after I was supposed to receive the CD's. The status screen showed my order, but still with no ship date. I filed another complaint and got another automated response, but no "real" action. I am beginning to believe that this was a "too good to be true" deal.
The product was finally recieved after 3 months and multiple emails that only received automatic responses. I was not impressed with their customer service and will NOT use them again.
