CHRIS, I am just finding this report now from a while back. I have researched all the e-mails we had going and found that first of all, you were writting your e-mails to 2 non-existing e-mail accounts. The first e-mail that we actually received was on May 24 2007. Heres a copy of the e-mail you sent. MAY 24 2007 (11:15am) CHRIS WROTE: "Hi I am not sure whats going on but I have now written 4 emails over the last week. 2 were returned as according to yahoo there is no earthstounge@yahoo account and now having written to the order@earthstounge account I have waited over 24 hours and haven't heard a thing. I'm not upset its taking a while but I want my order confirmation again and having lot of trouble contacting your company." ..... Here you state that you wrote your e-mails to [email protected] Its not ORDER it's ORDERS with an 'S' at the end. ......AND you mispelled 'TONGUE' by writting "toungue" ......YOU ALSO MISPELLED THE YAHOO E-MAIL ACCOUNT BY MISPELLING 'TONGUE' AGAIN. YOU USE "TOUNGUE" WHICH WOULD HAVE NEVER MADE IT TO OUR E-MAIL ACCOUNT. When we actually received your e-mail to the right e-mail address we replied THE SAME DAY! MAY 24 2007 (11:29am) Earth's Tongue WROTE: "Christopher This is your order num 20070507035935xxxx (last 4 deleted for privacy) A new batch of AM is almost ready and I'll try to get it shipped to U by this weekend. Unles you allow sub U'll have to wait untill then. Pls. let me know. Tks. Correct email is orders......" ALSO, YOU DID NOT ALLOW FOR SUBSTITUTIONS! We let you know we were out of 1 of the 2 you wanted and sugested you substitute the strain for another one. YOU CLEARLY STATED YOU WANTED TO CONTINUE WAITING! as stated in the e-mail below MAY 24 2007 (11:48am) CHRIS WROTE: "Thanks for the quick reply. I was only worried because I tried orders yesterday at 1 here which is 10 there. I figured since it was early enough you would get it before work ended and when I haden't heard back I was worried that this link was out too. I can definately wait for the right ones as I said I am in no rush just was getting frustrated as I had had two emails sent back to me before I sent the one yesterday. THANKS A LOT!" After That on June 2nd it was stated on the site that the company was going out of town for 2 weeks and there would be no customer service for that time. UPDATE: "06-02-07 We will be out of town for the next two weeks on a mushroom hunting trip. If you have any questions or have an order pending or are thinking about placing an order, you will receive an answer when we return and your order will proceed as normal when we return. Thank You for supporting us we love you." We could not respond to your e-mails after that due to our being out of town. When we were shipping your order we cancelled the shipment because you said you were getting your money back from your bank and you were posting this report online. - - - - - - - - PS.
