I purchased the northface sweeper bag from ebags.com, a few hours later I found the bag for 25 dollars cheaper http://www.sunnysports.com/Prod/NFCPSWN.html#ReviewInfoTab. I contacted the customer service professional on live chat to cancel my order but he assured me that if I submitted a price adjust request that they would honor it. After receiving the bag I received an email stating my pricematch had been rejected. I went online to ask why and was told the link was broken, I sent the link again and said it was not broken.

The agent (Charles) then told me that he could not see the price on the website and to call in. I called in and was told by Aaron that the bag was not the same edition (false- verified with Northface that only one edition of the sweeper bag has been released), and that when he added it to the cart it did not "stick". I have no idea what this means as I was able to order the same bag from the site within minutes! I will be returning the bag and will never make a purchase from ebags.com ever again!
