I understand you are upset. It sucks. I have seen the effects of these situations in the work place so try to view this as a really lame situation. Its bad to pay that much money for these things and then it takes a dump on you. So next time just buy everything new and don't waste your time and money on used refurbished crap.

So...why the f**k would he need to pay me for anything?
I just called it like it is. If it it looks like a duck, walks like a duck...stinks like a duck, quacks like a duck etc etc... well even if I was an idiot would just call it a duck..right?

The cost of these utilities in the work place is extremely expensive and I noticed in your other report that you said that this was used. There's no doubt that a new oven is extremely expensive but shopping on ebay for these items is not the most recommended thing to do.
The problem with these purchases is that most of them are in fact refurbished. When these are purchased most are rebuilt and then result thus earning the "used" title. One of our other owners also purchased a piece of equipment off of ebay from a different seller and it lasted 4 days. They had to call the repair company out to fix it.
So obviously with the loss of buisness and having to call the repair company out you can see why most owners would just fork out the money and get a new one. Most come with a warranty but trying to settle for a used one is really close to playing with fire. It could last 4 days, 3 months or 9 months if you're lucky. It's not worth the hassle.
But in the above report Ronnie is right about the feedback. Hundreds of thousands of transactions are made in a single day on ebay and the demand for this equipment is very high for people who are trying to save. $40,000 for a new oven is not exactly chump change so many people try to settle with sellers like this one. So I know you're mad but it's not a massive scheme to think that a buisness is somehow getting hundreds of people to make a purchase on ebay with the only intention to leave false positive feedback.

..but we only read one side.. yours..the apparent LOSER!
You stated in your report that all his feed back is fake. Thing is by you saying that is unjustly discrediting all his buyers who left the positive feed back. You can check their feedback ratings and comments as well and CLEARLY see they are not fakes.
Apparently you lost a dispute or something and have a vendetta. No one here cares really. You need to post some evidence, not BS and lies. Some of us may have been born at night, but not last night.
