We bought an EdenPure heater.  It doesn't work that well.  It is very cold in the house with it on.  Furthermore, it melted my surge protector!  I contacted Eden Pure and was e-mailing back and forth with an employee there.  I gave her a copy of the receipt right from the initial communication.  A few days ago, we left the discussion as she would be calling some # she kept giving me.  I e-mailed her back for an update, and she said they will not be issuing a refund!

I filed a BBB complaint and a complaint with the Attorney General's office.  We'll see if that does any good.

and the rating, in watts, of the heater. The heater most likely uses more current than your surge protector can provide without damage. A heater shouldn't even be hooked to a surge protector or extension cord due to the real possibility of a dangerous overload condition.

Doubt the heater's defective, and I have no idea how well it works or doesn't work. I do NOT work for Eden Pure.
