Empire is the most disgusting dishonest company I have ever worked with. I scheduled an installation of vinyl flooring throughout the majority of my home two weeks ago. I confirmed my appointment electronically twice through their system. Then at 7pm the night before my installation, they leave me a voicemail saying they have no one to do the install...then the promptly CLOSE for the evening so there is no one I can speak to to resolve the issue. When I got in touch with their install manager Vincent...he tells me there is nothing he can do and they can reschedule for Monday.
I took 2 days off work to get my home ready AS INSTRUCTED by the sales rep and to be home for the install and they cancel at the last possible second. Furthermore, NO ONE in any part of the company even cared. I was hung up on by their customer service reps and completely dismissed by a supervisor "saul'. And to make matters worse, they REFUSE to give me my 200$ deposit back even though THEY were the ones who canceled my appointment!! This company is the most unethical joke I've ever seen. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!
