I was a Field Mgr working out of Atlanta office in 06/07. After a investigation for racketeering and corruption charges was filed i was let go and never got my 8000 dallar commission check. My boss threatened me with a gun. I was in charge of the field sales dept selling advertising on the Verizon campaign . I want to be a part of the Class Action Lawsuit and want info on this . I also wish to talk to all of the media contacts about my story. It is alot worst than this . A lawsuit was filed against the company naming all of my bosses was charges in Feb 08 for fedreral charges in district court case number 32008cv00223 naming craig staples and several others. I want info on th atty handling the class action lawsuit.

For those who are interested, check out the Dallas Business Journal's article of February 25, 2008. To Saban: Sorry I doubted you. The research took a little longer as I thought the case was filed in NC or GA. Unfortunately, I cannot collect, but maybe you can. Call the U.S. District Court in Dallas and see if you can get a hold of any pleadings. This will lead you to the attorney as they have to sign the pleadings. From there, you can probably Google the attorney for contact info. Best wishes. A former (and delirously happy) Sales Director.

For over two years I have been outspoken in my criticism of this pathetic company. While I applaud any action against Encore, Saban's post raises some red flags - to wit: Saban, How did you amass $8000.00 in commissions? Did Encore change their pay plan? At the most, Sales Directors made 28%. Either you had 100 people working for you or you had a higher override; Why didn't you have the manager arrested for aggravated assault? If you have the cause number in the Federal Court, why can't you determine which court and who is the attorney? I have done a search, and cannot find a case with the cause number you provided. Your next to last sentence does not make any sense. What are you trying to say? You are not the first RoR poster to allege pending litigation against Encore. Lord knows, I spent a miserable 6 weeks there and lost about $1000.00 in pay. Add to the fact that I was assaulted on the job, and my opinion of Craig Stapel (the correct spelling) and Encore is probably lower than yours. See other threads referring to Encore on RoR. If you are serious, please provide answers to the questions. From my experience, I have seen far too many people post when they are angry. Take a deep breath, and please find the time to reply. You're being encouraged by a former Sales DIrector.
