ENLIGHTENED SKY ENERGY SOLUTIONS PARTIAL ORDER - did not follow through Joplin, Missouri
Ordered a wind turbine & grid tie inverter, turbine arrived soon after order was placed but without the inverter. Sent an email and "david" responded that the he was out of the inverters and should arrive in a few days. A few days was a 20 days ago and he has stopped responding to my emails. I did put up the wind turbine and discovered that the swivel bearing is weak and after a few days the plastic washers meant as bearings were trashed. I am disappointed in the quality of the unit and may never see the inverter that I paid for. I would not advise doing business with this "company".
