Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I frequently rent cars online through airportrentalcar.com because I usually get very good discounts.  I currently do not own a car but because the nature of my business as a Massage Therapist, I often get hired for various massage gigs for corporate/wellness events at schools, corporations, hospital and various charitable walk/bike events therefore; I often need to rent out a car in order to bring my massage chair/table or sometimes both with me to these events.  I have rented from Dollar, Budget and mostly Enterprise Rental.  I've rented so much that I am currently a Gold Member with this Rental company.

I had to have rented from this company for at least 20 times within since May 2012.  Up until June 10, 2013, I had no complaints about this company.  I had rented out this car on June 8, 2013 because I had a very busy weekend.  In addition to mymassages booked for me at a Chiropractor's office, I had an event to do providing chair massages for a Relay for Life event at West Orange HS in West Orange, NJ.  On Sunday, I attended the Cancer Survivor's Day event at Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, NJ.  I volunteer at this hospital giving massages to cancer patient going for treatment as outpatients.  I also had a birthday party to go to.

Well during this weekend, I happened to stop at a Whole Foods in Edgewater, NJ to pick up one last minute item (a spray mist) to use on the Massage chair face cradle during the event.  I was in the store for only 10 minute.  When I came out, I see this note: "Sorry I scratched your car. Please contact me for the bill.  Chris" He also left his phone number which I called.  He immediately surfaced from somewhere and we exchanged information.  He was so nice about everything that I decided not to file a police report.  Its a coincidence that the car he happened to be driving was rented from Enterprise as well.

When, I returned the car, $500.00 was charged on my credit card even though the accident wasn't my vault and the driver had admitted the mistake.  A report was submitted by Fadi from the Enterprise Rental Car Office in Fairview, NJ.  He stated that the quarter side panel was creased.  Fadi also stated the car had scuff marks on the bakc bumper.  As far as I can remember, there were no scuff marks on the bumper.  When I received an estimate from the Damage Recovery Unit, the damages were made to look a whole lot worse.  In the picture it shows two deep scratches:One at the top of the panel and one at the bottom of the panel this damages crossed over to the bumper.

I have several witnessesses who saw this car before and after it was scratched on June 8, 2013 while it was parked for 10 minutes at a strip mall.  They are claiming that I owe a balance of $128.86.  I find it very suspicious that the only time that I rented out and an accident occurred, happen to be while the car was parked and caused by someone who happened to rent out a car from the same Rental company during the same time period.  Makes me wonder, if Enterpirse Rental Company is trying to scam customers out of their hard earned dollars.  If this is what they will do to someone who is "A Gold Member" it make me wonder how trustworthy are these rental car company.  Shame on them!
