Well....where do we start ? Let me quote there sales brochure so there is no confusion.."The checks are converted into an electronic debit and guaranteed to be paid to the merchant (us) on ALL CHECKS within 72 hours from the date of the check-EVEN IF THE CHECK BOUNCES''

We'll a couple of checks from our customers have ''bounced'' to EPS and there response to us is.. we will not get paid until they get paid !!! What did I bring them on board for...they are assuming NO RISK and not losing anything at all if the customers does not have the funds to cover the checks !!

On the other hand, us the POOR merchant has paid for all the required parts, labor and all the taxes incured to produce a product to sell....not including ALL the fees paid to EPS for their ''GUARANTEE....that now appears to not exist at all.

The only difference if we were to do all of this 90day financein house would be NO FEES PAID TO EPS !!!! Merchants have no protection at all from EPS...AND THEY WILL CONTINUE TO DEBIT YOUR ACCOUNT ...

Please tell me I am not the only automotive repair facility this has happened to !!

BTW...Still waiting on them to send me a copy of the contract that we signed.
