EQUVEST COMMERCIAL LENDING COMPANY ,EQUVEST.NET i RECEIVED A CALL FROM NICHOLUS VAN HORN WHEN I APPLIED FOR THER COMMERCIAL LENDING AVDERTISEMENT IN ,LOOPNET.COM AND TOLD ME THAT THEY CAN GIVE LOAN AT 10% DOWN PAYMENT ONLY AND ASKED ME TO TRANSF Internet
i received a telephone call from Nicholus Van Horn for my email to their advertisement in Loopnet.com.He told me that he can give me a commercial loan with 10% down payment only and asked me wire $26k into their Bank Account.I transferred money into their account.But he never gave me loan and never returned my money.
It is very difficult to get them on phone,we have to keep lot of messages and they never reply.
It is a fraud Company.
Do not trust them.
