Erez Tamir is at RE/MAX West Realty a low class rip off agency preying upon new homeowners in the area that he can make them lots of money by turning their home into a rental. First he wants you far away so he can rent your home to people without you knowing and he can pocket all the money without paying you anything. He does not screen the people renting and will place anyone in your home as long as they have the money. He claims up front that he will protect your property but he won't.
Last year he had the Better Business Bureau logo on his web site and he wasn't a member and I was the one that informed the BBB. So they made him remove it.

I guess you dont know erez tamir that well, I dont know how this person still got real estate lic after so many mistake, i know 2 other pepole that allready lost money by doing biz with him, we in the process to contact the real estate consil to fit him

I must say that none of the original rip report is true. Mr tamir is the best real estate agent, professional and mostly honest and reliable, I have ever dealt with. I would recommend him as a great professional and person. Best value for your money.

I was Erez Tamir's manager from his first day in real estate.
I have known Erez to be a top notch real estate agent who gives honest advise and has helped many people make lots of money by helping them sell their homes for top dollars.
Erez is one of the top producers in his office and has absolutley no need to resort to the kind of practices that you alledged.
The things you alledged can put one's real esate lisence in geopardy and why should a top producer take that risk ?
As far as you, mr. complainer, it is strange that in your complaint you have not mentioned even one instance (name and address) of a single person being wronged by Erez and also it is starnge that a person with such strong accusations against another person will hide his identity.
I will ( and so should anyone reading) ignore any further coments by you and all I can say to Erez is - keep up the good work. The community needs more people like you.
