estatesuite.co.uk A person called Emily was the contact there. I only know them as estatesuite.co.uk, though clearly it is a company based in Shanghai, China Ordered 2 pairs of Fitflop Ankle boots. 2 months later received tacky black patent lace up shoes with the Fitflop logo, but clearly fakes. Contacted estatesuite.co.uk who said they could only offer me 15% compensation!!!. shanghai Shanghai, China
Order 2 pairs of Fitflop Ankle boots. Over 2 months later received 2 very tacky pairs of shoes, black patent lace-up leather, with Fitflop logo, clearly fakes.
Contacted the company known as estatesuite.co.uk and communicated with a person by the name of Emily who insisted that shoes were their best seller!! Responded repeatedly stating I wanted a full refun, or the original ankle boots. She said she could give me a 15% refund as compensation. Clearly a rip-off, taking money on known popular footwear and sending cheap Chinese footwear which bear no resemblance to the order.
From the packaging it would seem that they are based at Izwy 1209 Hu QingPingGong Road, Shanghai. Does anyone know if there's anyway to get money back??
